Hi, I'm Zita
I'm a qualified personal trainer and a mum of two, and in January I'm opening my own private studio, 5 minutes from Bracknell.
I want every woman who trains with me to leave feeling stronger and more confident, not just in the studio but in everyday life. That means listening first, building your training around you, and celebrating how you feel as much as what you can lift.
- Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training (Active IQ)
- Level 3 Award in Supporting Pre and Postnatal Clients with Exercise and Nutrition (Active IQ)
- Member of CIMSPA, the professional body for sport and physical activity
