Privacy notice

Last updated: 6 November 2026

This notice explains how Empowered by Zita uses the details you send through the enquiry form on this website or by email.

Who we are

Empowered by Zita is run by Zita Holland, a self-employed personal trainer. Zita is responsible for your information. You can contact her at [email protected].

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), your message, and how you heard about us. We also note which link you arrived from (for example the QR code on a business card), so we know which ways of reaching people work. If you tell us who recommended Zita, we use their name only so she can thank them.

Please don't include health details in the form. If you go on to train with Zita, health questions are asked separately and privately, before your first session.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a free video consultation if you'd like one, and keep a simple record of where enquiries come from. The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us. We never sell your details or send marketing you haven't asked for.

Where it's kept

Enquiries are stored in Empowered by Zita's Google Workspace account (email and a private spreadsheet). Google may process data outside the UK under recognised legal safeguards. This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps short-term technical logs to run the site securely. The site uses privacy-friendly visitor statistics that don't use cookies or identify you.

How long we keep it

If you don't go on to train with Zita, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you become a client, your information is kept as part of your client record and you'll be given a full client privacy notice.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Just email [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
